We developed this one of a kind tool to help governments take a strategic approach to development finance to expand all the different finance flows (private and public) to meet their real possibilities and also to align them with their long-term development priorities. We implemented this assessment tool in Bangladesh, Costa Rica, Fiji, Honduras and Mozambique and are planning to do several more in Africa
Impact Investment Assessments
This tool is used to deconstruct the ecosystem of policies and players and help governments draw a strategic agenda to develop their impact investment internal markets. The assessment detects opportunities for developing large-scale and medium-scale impact investment markets. It also analyses the potential use of new instruments (Social and Development Impact Bonds) to increase the impact of current government expenditures in priority areas: education, health, poverty reduction, etc.
De- carbonisation policy finance
We specialize in costing long-term decarbonization policies and strategies bearing in mind the significant investments that should be carried out by private investors. We are currently helping the government of Costa Rica to mobilize the private resources needed to implement their National Decarbonization Plan for 2050
